- Annual workshop for the CSIRO Future Science Program: Microbiomes for One System Health, was held on March 2nd, 2023, in Adelaide. NMBU attended the workshop.

- A joint meeting of the Australian Centre for Ecogenomics and Centre for Microbiome Research was held on December 2nd, 2023 in Brisbane, Australia. NMBU attended the meeting.
- The Australian Microbial Ecology Conference was held on November 7-9, 2023 in Melbourne, Australia. NMBU presented “Grazed and confused: the complex feeding habits of our gut microbes”.
- Nature Conference Biofilms and Microbiomes: Global Impact on Public and Ecosystem Health, was held virtually on October 11-13, 2023. NMBU attended the conference.
- Mole Valley Farmers visit to SRUC’s Crichton Royal Farm took place on October 10, 2022. SRUC presented “Rumen microbiome in cattle”.
- Applied Hologenomics Conference was held in Bilbao, Spain, on September 2022. EFFAB attended the conference.
- ISEP 2022 was held in Granada, Spain, on September 12-15, 2022. INRAE presented “Reducing enteric methane emissions improves energy metabolism in livestock: is the tenet right?”.
